Apparently I'm blowing up a CMDR in an SRV accidentally. Doing a base assault and let a barrage of dumb fires go at the power supply. I didn't catch the name well (it was all dollar signs and other symbols) when it came up that I was fined for assault, which I've not seen before. All of my apologies...
