Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Making myself at home in Azrael, having made the 28 jump trip from Sol (1 interdiction (escaped from) and a fair bit of cash from discoveries en route.)
Looking for missions to increase rep with Mobius and easy trades for now.

Hi I'm quite inexperienced in ED even though I've had it a while. I'm in Sol and thought I'd like to make my way to Azrael and do exploring on the way. Does anyone have a good loadout for my Adder? I have 3A FSD, 3A Powerplant, 2A Thrusters, 1A fuel scoop and pulse lasers, sheild generator etc stuff...

I've been playing 32 bit but realised that I should probably be using the 64 bit version as I am using Win 7 64 bit and got 8Mb RAM. Trouble is, 64 bit won't download fully, gets to about 30% then 'Failed to read from response stream'. I wonder if I need to uninstall the 32 bit version first? If so ...
