That's the case only with the rank locked ships which arethe Federal (FAS,FDS, Vette) and Imperial ships (Courier, Clipper, Cutter...

While I like the idea of a sandbox, but the proliferation of asshattery due to no real consequences I find irksome. If people would justs act as as they would in real life I might not simply walk away.
