Re: Logitech X52 Pro MFD display utility release

Hello Commanders.

While I still haven't been able to do anything about the issues on Windows 10, I did discover a bug that caused my tool to crash in Shinrarta Dezra. There is a fix available now: https://github.com/peterbn/EDx52display ... tag/v1.1.1

Re: Logitech X52 Pro MFD display utility release

This is all very curious. If you are having issues, I wonder if you could try running X52MFDDriver.exe --input mfd.json which will simply load the static contents of the mfd.json file onto your hotas MFD. This should still support all the scrolling between pages and lines, but will not get any updat...

Re: Logitech X52 Pro MFD display utility release

Hi MasterAce, Yeah, that doesn't surprise me at all. As far as I know, market connector doesn't touch the MFD at all, so I would have been very surprised if it had been causing problems. I have a fear that the problem here is Windows updates, since my program hasn't changed since release, and I doub...

Re: Logitech X52 Pro MFD display utility release

Ok, that is more bizarre, and sorry for doubting you. Can you try to run it from the command line, by manually opening a console, navigating to the folder and running the program? That way, it won't discard any error messages after the program closes again. If you do manage to capture any error mess...

Re: Logitech X52 Pro MFD display utility release

Hi MasterAce. Are you certain that you ran the correct exe file? What you are describing sounds like the behaviour of X52MFDDriver.exe when run without any input argument (which it won't get if you are just double-clicking it). Could you please confirm that you are running the correct exe file? It s...

Re: Logitech X52 Pro MFD display utility release

Hi Deniax, Thats from the "second tool" link in the original post. You can download the entire bundle here: https://github.com/peterbn/EDx52display/releases/tag/v1.1 Grab the EDx52Display.zip file, unpack it somewhere and run the included EDx52display.exe. The X52MFDDriver.exe application ...

Re: Logitech X52 Pro MFD display utility release

Greetings Cmdr.

No, I don't have any immediate plans to add features at this point - I'm mostly restricted by the data that is readily available in the logs files and simultaneously not easily accessible through the in-game UI.

But, I do hope that you enjoy it as it is.

Logitech X52 Pro MFD display utility release

Hello fellow commanders. I recently treated myself to the X52 pro hotas, and got very excited when I realized I could display information on it's multi-function display (MFD) :D . My excitement quickly waned when I realised I had to program in C++ to talk to the thing, though :? . But, with some hel...

Hi, Very happy to have joined Mobius. I bought the game a few years ago and played for a while, but then got away from it. I recently picked it up again, amazed by the amount of changes. My first trip back in the game was a 11kLY tourist trip, and once I got back from that I felt the need for a bit ...
