Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Someone I grouped with the other day told me the in game history says I destroyed him. Now I just checked and the history says I destroyed a player I was grouped with this morning. I hope this group doesn't rely on the faulty in game history log. That would be unfortunate.
