Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I have been playing for almost two weeks, I think I've been a member of Mobius for about a week, so I guess it's time to introduce myself.

I'm currently based at Ray Gateway, planning to move into Mobius territory. Is there a particular Mobius-member hangout I should head toward?
