I was my friend, but at the end of the day I still couldn't read text, so I decided to cut my losses and wait for future resolution boosts. :)

After those major windows updates, it's better to always reinstall the graphics drivers.

After the previous update, Elite was running at a steady 25 fps instead of the usual screen cap of 144...

Just good practice

I intend to reformat my c: drive an install Windows from scratch again when win 10 starts bugging me.

from the time i moved to my own place and nobody else uses my comp, stopped using ATI/AMD, and stopped using overclocking, i haven't seen a single BSOD.
Poor windows gets scolded for someone else sometimes ^^

Yup only bsod's I have had since win 8 was when I installed the Asus motherboard software that automatically and unbeknownst to me overclocked my i5 with about 800mhz.

And the logitech gaming software drivers.

Yep my Asus has a cold boot problem at the moment......

Known issue with the bios.......

Takes it 3 attempts to get going......

I'll probably take it back to stock......

AI Suite causes a bsod System Exception error in windows if I try to load a profile.......Like a less O/C'd profile......

That's a bit scary on the recovery/reboot as every fan cranks up to max and the case creaks with the heat produced.....

Something is doing something in the background..........

And something just aint quite right.......Default it was slinging 1.417 V to the cpu.......

Eased it back to 1.38 and that's the profile that is causing the problem.......

Tor.....Hold on.......Tor.......Wait a bit.....TOR will you stop fecking firing.......Ok......Tor I know a therapist that can help you....... :D My Cmdr also has small feet

So how do I do that? I see options for the gfx card in device management, but none that say delete/uninstall driver. Update driver, deactivate unit, remove unit, but not uninstall driver.
