For me, at least at the time of trying the link, its just producing a 404 error

I was one of the people who made a head tracker from parts obtainable from Maplin in the UK, had it strapped to the top of my head with a girls hair band, still have it somewhere. It cost less than £10 if I remember right. It was during ED Beta stage. You can probably still find the instructions on YouTube
