Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I say costs when I should probably say 'indulgences'.

I may have accidentally ordered a GTX 970 yesterday. I was umming and ahhing until my better half suggested an early Christmas present...ordered 5 minutes later, before the winds changed. I may have also accidentally ordered another 8Gb of RAM at the same time but hush hush, eh?

I went for this one based on the reviews I've read:

It's supposed to be nice and quiet and efficient and hopefully not cook the room like my old 570 does.

Anyway, it should be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday...just in time for a certain event to happen. Woo hoo!

It's too late now, but does anyone have any experience with this card, even with it being very new?

It's even faster than my GTX780!...

I've got the MSI Twin Frozr GTX780, and I'm sorry to have to tell you that you've bought an excellent piece of kit....

The MSI Twin Frozr has been getting great reviews for a while now, and does exactly as you say. It's fast, quite and cool. And a few bob cheaper than some of the other brands.

It'll be smooth as silk and blisteringly beautiful. And I don't even think I'm exaggerating. Can't wait to here from you monday evening.
