Upgrading Elite Dangerous: Odyssey Alpha

20210414 Update: locate and delete elite dangerous PUBLIC_TEST_SERVER_64 and reinstall. I did the delete part going to wait for the release.
Anyone having problem Upgrading Elite Dangerous: Odyssey Alpha.
When I select the upgrade the launcher sits there appearing to be frozen then I get a bunch of Unhandled Exception errors, Blah Blah, Blah until it gets shut down after that I have to locate the Launcher ghost in Task Manager and end it, if not I get the only one copy at a time thing.
