can't connect to frontier servers

First of all sorry for my bad English :D .I'm new to this group and I'm really happy to join here. Before joining I got no issues in the game but unfortunately now I'm facing some issues which I can not figure out how to fix.
For 3 days straight I'm getting these errors after launching the game.
"Error code 404 from web server -unable to restore your user session"
"can't connect to frontier servers''
I'm launching the game from epic store so I can't launch the game directly from EDLauncher.

So Here are the things I tried
- rebooted the router
- checked in-game network settings which is perfectly fine.
- Tried with a Ethernet cable
- update any outdated drivers
- Tried a different internet connection
- Logging out
- Verifying game files from both EDLauncher and EpicGames
- Delete the config.xml file

The only thing I didn't try is reinstalling the game because I have a very limited data connection. So I need some help to find a workaround. :?

I myself got this error for the first time this morning.
However it solved itself without me doing anything after about an hour.
Hopefully someone can kick in with good advice on this one...

I got it working just for 5min. There is a new option in windows 10 called "Register this program for restart". I actually never seen that before until today. So I just enable that option for both EDLauncher and EliteDangerous.exe and restarted the computer. At first I was so happy thinking that I got it working at last but after 5 min I got kicked out from the server with the error code mauve adder and now I'm stuck in the main menu with same error message " Can't connect to the frontier network" I tried port forwarding but no luck on that too. Does ' port restricted' mean something to this issue?

Think so, have an impression that it's a network related error.
Been in ED here for the last 3 hours and it stays stable on my side

Today I found that this issue only occur when I launch the horizon, not the base game. I saw a thread saying that Horizon dlc is now available on the base game. So I launch the base game and when in game I can see planets which I can land with blue circle around it. Usually when you approach a land you can see a big blue circle around it( orbital lines), the weird thing is I can't manage to land.Whenever I get to a planet it says "Dropping too close" , and I can't see any orbital lines around it but there is blue circle(Orbital lines) around gas giants. Am I missing something here? My ship is equipped with planetary approach suite.

To be able to land on planets you have to start "ED: Horizons" in the launcher, otherwise you won't be able to land on any planet.
The blue line is where your ship will transfer to orbit but good thing is to like enter the blue 'sphere' with about 70-60% power... and then aim down to be like at 40-30° towards your landing zone... then your ship can slow down to a good glide speed for the transition at the green 'circle' .
"Dropping too close"; you'll get this when you're coming in way to hot on speed and your ship can't slow down enough for the glide...
I'll take some practise but you'll get the hang of it.

I reinstalled the game but it didn't help. I'm out of options. :(

I'd contact Frontier support, there's a link in this thread:
