Mine also does not like credit cards (she does not eve have one) and my credit card bills are only sent electronically and paid directly so I am good :)

And the 1080 Ti was hidden between crib, doctor and diaper bills :)

Kharma, I suggest Windows 10 Pro if you can. It has more ability to be modded to keep them from doing stuff like updating device drivers over top of what you have and controlling restarts and such.

I agree with Loriath. If you get home you can always upgrade to Pro for 159 Euros from the MS store

The two (2), now three (3), editions of Windows ...

It's really sad how Microsoft purposely cripples the same product into two (2) versions ... and yet a 3rd.

The 'Home' version originally started out as a way for Microsoft to keep home consumers from corrupting their NTFS C: drives in NT5.1+ (XP and later) by accidentally enabling Access Control Entries (ACEs -- long story). Now they make it a 'loss leader' so they can sell it for US$25/unit to PC OEMs, and get another US$100+ out of people who want to enable features that are already built into the product.

And now we have 'S' which is the US$5/unit PC OEM version that allows only the Microsoft App store software to be installed. It's not for 'security.' It's for control.

Only full retail Pro copies are transferrable, not OEM/Upgrade versions ...

Just remember ...

Unless you buy a full 'retail' license of Windows 8/10 Pro, which can be moved to a new mainboard/PC, the 'upgrade' license 'stays' with the original, mainboard firmware the Windows OEM version was installed on. It's encoded into the uEFI firmware and non-transferrable.

https://www.howtogeek.com/197232/micros ... licensing/

Microsoft even requires a new OEM license for 'PC refurbishment'. Dell, HP and Lenovo 'get away with' this when they resell off-lease equipment, since they themselves 'own' the "per-model OEM licensing" agreement with Microsoft, but 3rd parties like Arrow Direct usually purchase a "refurbished OEM license" from Microsoft.

I like the side mounted fans and drive bays......Cable management wise......

Seeing as I can't do jack shit in game at the moment and feeling like crap....

I thought might as well pull the trigger on the whole build........Cheer myself up and give me something to do......

Website under maintenance..........Go figure.......
