Federation A to B to A Cargo Missions?

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to find a good system to do source or delivery missions and raise my Federation rank.

Out of Alderman in Cubeo I was able to get lots of source missions going back and forth between the same two stations, but I can't find anything close to that kind of efficiency in Federation systems.

Would any of you know a good route?

Thanks!

Ceos/Sothis is the obvious one, if there's boom state going on (it's usually contantly the case)

I've been there on occasion. I believe they offer mining missions mostly, and not a lot of boom time missions even if that's the state they're in.

just gave up on Sithis/ceos as there's only one federation faction in each system, therefore slow progress. Was useful to unlock Sirius though so i can access the engineer there. Now heading to check out the systems around sol to see if they are any good for fed ranking

It's usually courrier missions there during boom state.
When i finished my federal rank there, with the new missions server, i was usually able to stack at worst 10 or 12 missions, often a full board at each go.

I've gone back to Ceos-Sothis and have been finding enough boom time delivery missions there, even though there's only one faction.

My trick is to accept missions but not load up cargo (for all of them) until I have several that take me to the same station. It's viable since many of them fill you up by 120-180, so I'm generally carrying four missions worth of cargo, with 16 mission slots to spare.

It can get a bit tricky because the mission board UI doesn't differentiate between accepted missions that are outgoing and those that are incoming.

I've been visiting all close range large pad stations within each system, which amounts to 5-6.

Yes I did the same myself only a month ago after a tip off from someone here. I had spent to much time in Imperial space, my Imperial rank had gone as far as it could go but of course my Fed rank was stuck forever unless I went and did some grinding in Fed space and I sure did want that Vette!

I would start at the first station in one system and work my way down the line taking every data mission I could, also taking any delivery mission that offered 4 or more rep, if I could not pick up the full load I would pick it up next time. In the next system I would do the same. I went up the required 4 or 5 ranks (can't remember what it was now) in about 6 hours or so game play time. Boring but you have to bite the bullet.

Same. I left to try Sol but ended up going back to Sothis-Ceos to finish grinding fed rank. Even though there's only one fed faction in each station, it turned out to be quicker and easier to stack missions to only one destination as opposed to flying here and there completing one or two missions per stop.

I've gone to check out the goings-on at the Witch Head nebula and found transporting passengers from the damaged spaceports to the nearby rescue ships is a great way to increase rank. It had me gaining up to 11% Fed rank per 2 Mm trip! The Empire and the Alliance also have damaged starports in the area.

They're all economy passengers, and the only place in the nebula that sells cabins (up to 5E) seems to be the Karian Vision Rescue Ship in one of the Imperial systems. It's a limited time event, though.
