Ship and credits gone

Okay...
I'm kinda freaking out right now because I just bought a hauler to do some trade runs, then upgraded it which left me with only 50k credits.
I left my upgraded Viper in the station where i bought the hauler. Just when I was about to take it for a test run, the game DCs. I log back in and my Hauler is gone, I'm back in a SIDEWINDER (wtf!?) and all my credits are gone.
What do I do?! I tried reloging, I tried solo mode, and open play... I'm always back in a sidewinder which I never bought

It seems servers had some problems tonight. I fortunately logged out before any damage made (at least I hope so)
But, from official forum - maybe this procedure may help you, too? (I know it's just about cargo/credits there, but it may worth a try)

also, i just realised i'm not even in the same system where my viper is
somehow i got teleported in the adjacent system and they gave me the wrong crappy ship

so... i ended up smashing the sidewinder into a station and then i got a rebuy option for 2k credits to get the hauler back... jeez, bug-galore

A few members here as well as a bunch of players in general used this as an exploit to make millions in a few minutes. Im pretty disappointed by this, especially that our players did it knowing full well what was happening. There seems to be noone at FD and perhaps noone will be there for some time so while there may be a rollback, there probably won't be one. So disappointed in some people here.

Knowing that exploit would be a game breaker for me.

I think FD is able to detect this type of exploiting and can confiscate their credits, so they probably won't be "happy" for long. But it's unworthy behavior without any doubts...

As luck would have it, I spend all day yesterday on a different MMO, so haven't even been on yet to see what mayham may have occured to my account.
It's the dreaded Y3.3K bug I tell ya. The end is nigh!

FS is on vacation. I dont think they will be wiping anyone. They have given no indication of this. I left TS and told them not to screw with it but they did it quite knowingly. Some made an insane amount. Some a bit. Either way, I'll likely not be sticking around here after this. This is the same as when people sold their ship parts in gamma to get millions.
