Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Hi guys , i've just joined the forum so i am trying to moving into the all sections but i don't know if this is the right place to post this.
I'm going to be accepted into in-game group on ps4 and i want to know: if i am wanted or have dormant bounties on my head , will i be welcome to the group or i need to the bounties expiration?
P.s. i know there is the group policy section, and i red it, but i, didn't catch this point,

As far as I am aware having a bounty isn't an issue (I have been known to get them when I forget to let a scan complete on a wanted ship).

Being wanted or having a dormant bounty will not stop you from being accepted. Even if that bounty is from killing another player.
As long as you stick to Mobius rules inside Mobius, you're free to do everything else in Open or in another group.
