Anyone found any of these the last couple of days? I've been looking for a solid 8 hours today and cannot find them.

Any help would be appreciated.

Searched both independent and empire space in outbreak systems. Gone out as far as 300k LS from the star. Every single high grade emission is giving me either Imperial Shielding or Core Dynamics Composites.

Yeah.. Sorry. I updated my post with more details. How long ago was it that you found yours and was it in a specific allegiance system?

apparently they are supposed to spawn precisely where Kharma says.. in outbreak systems, no matter the alliegeance or faction.
I have been chasing those for days.. in USS, shooting transports in nav beacons.. haven't had a single one pop up yet.

They should belong to the category "Rare as fuck manufactured materials".. Got to be in the good papers of RNGeezus

I must have been lucky for once.....

Just picked the nearest outbreak system to where I was.....

First High Grade USS had 3 of em......

Oh and this was a couple of weeks ago....

I'm led to believe that High Tech systems in Outbreak have the highest spawns, that's where I got mine.

Giving it another try... Just logged back in at 4pm EST. Flew to Artume (outbreak/high tech). Let's see what happens.

So, it took 14 minutes for the first High Grade Emissions USS to spawn...
Freaking Core Dynamics Composites.
