Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I have been looking for the same buzz-rewards as I use to get form doing smug missions form Robigo. Spent lots of time outside the bubble looking at remote systems/station and have had no joy.

In every system the minor factions that offer the good mission are all locked down as I need to increase my influence. Unfortunately I can't find any way to do this as you can't do any missions them. Catch 22. On some stations the minor faction say to do some BH for them. I have BH for hours using a KWS and not had one bounties for the faction I need.

I know this was deliberate done in the patch 2.1 but I was wondering is there was a work round?

I personally think any one that used the robigo exploit should have their earnings removed.

Just play the game.
Or not.

forgot to say I wanted to not go to Ceos/Sothis as looking for other areas.

That's rather extreme. Okay, re-logging over and over to refresh the missions and stack lots of high value ones is on the borderline of exploit territory. I don't think just going there and picking up whatever was available was anything like an exploit.
