Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I am currently doing lots of missions out of Tun to climb the Federal Navy rank ladder, and got to Lieutenant last night. According to all I have read, that should have included the permit for Exbeur. All the other rank-specific permits came in on schedule, but this one does not show up in the side panel, and if I select Exbeur in the galaxy map, it still tells me Exbeur permit required.

Has the requirement been upgraded so that you only get the Exbeur permit when you reach Lieutenant Commander, or is it time for bug report to FD?

I have needed a relog with couple of permits to have them appear on the permit list, but I can't remember if I have Exbeur on my list.

I am LT and have the Exbeur permit. Maybe it's time for that bug report?

Thank you for confirming that LT is enough for the Exbeur permit. After logging in this evening, the permit now appears on my list as well. I hope this was just a temporary glitch, but I will see that when the promotion to Post Commander comes around.

The same issue happened with the promotion to Post Commander, had to exit to Desktop and log in again to make the permit show up.
