Time to get into Python?

I currently have in my possession 67 million credits of assets. Will I be able to ride in an "okay" Python (bounty hunting) with that amount, and slowly upgrade from there? Most A-rated Python builds I've seen are around 100-170 million. But since I'll be doing PVE, would I at least have some C or D rated Python with the assets I have?

You can fight just fine in a non-maxed Python. I've had one for ages and it's definitely my favorite all-around ship. It also makes for a fantastic trading or mining ship to help build credits faster.

Thanks. I'll be heading to a discount system now.

Lembava's a good one, if you're near there. If not, Inara has an amazing Shipyard tool that takes the bulk of the guesswork out of where to find one near you. It even denotes which ships are discounted. Good luck!

Generic "D-rated" Python might look something like this

Excellent cargo capacity for a medium hull (can still land on outposts) so when you get sick of bounty hunting you can do a few lucrative trade runs.

I spent 220m on my A-rated Python. Worth the money :)

60 could be ok.
I would have preferred about 80, rebuy cargo etc.

I got a 400 mil conda last week but what am I flying in combat? ..
A vulture; )

Check out Diaguandri too. It has most stuff and offers a good discount (15%) last time I was there.

Update: I just bought a Python and I had remaining money of 300,000 cr... My Python got blown up by a pack of FDLs in a RES and so I took out a loan...etc etc. Didn't go well so I got back in my FAS. I might wait a bit to get more credit to get into more proper Python. LOL
