Whilst having some fun in Chamunda, i accidentally targeted and shot one round off at a federal navy vessel, got myself a 200cr bounty with revolutionary party of chamumda - timer elapsed 8m - how do i pay it off? or will it just go?

You have to wait the time it says before you can pay. Since you just shot 'em by accident the time you have to wait is very little.
If you would have kill them... then you would have to wait in another system for 24 hours or more. lol

Where do i pay it? i docked at Gidzenko Ring but had no fines to pay - confused lol

More accurately you have to wait the 8 mins then jump out of then into system to pay it off. Wait until it says "On H-Jump"

Contacting a End user support officer from the Pilot's Federation and explaining the situation, as well as paying the fine, will terminate any further action taken against you as the offending pilot.
Once the On-Board computer for your ship has sent out the fine data, typically at the end of the report timer ( 8m ), you'll be able to directly speak to such support officers and have the matter settled while visiting almost any station within or around the offended systems.
