Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Last night as I was bounty hunting at Nav Beacon, a NPC clean Cobra kept scanning my ship but also ramming me at high speed, forcing me to leave the place. Anyone experienced this before ?

Another new stuff was a wanted Viper NPC shooting at me right away after scanning me, although I was in an Eagle with no cargo, and hadn't deployed my hardpoints or done anything aggressive (usually they go away swearing after me that I don't have anything of interest) . I'm friendly or neutral with all factions around...

Yep, it's a tactic they use. You can usually see them lining up but use of thrusters will help them miss you.

Still bloody close though......Gotta keep your wits about you.....
