All the Mobius members seem to offline

I joined Mobius PVE Eurasia some days ago and can connect to its private group session. But when looking at SOCIAL -> GROUPS -> OTHER GROUPS -> MOBIUS PVE EURASIA, all members are greyed out, even if I sort on 'ONLINE FIRST'. That none of the more than 15000 members would be online is very unlikely.
