Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Update: Finally located a Fleet Carrier Admin sector.

Would someone be so kind and provide me with a location where I can upgrade/downgrade some services for my Fleet Carrier, I thought I had two in my Bookmarks but no, not so. I searched Inara and EDDB went there but info is wrong.

You need to find a system with Carrier Administration near your curent location, get there with your carrier, then you can add services.
You can use this tool and select Carrier Administration, dont forget to input your location.
