Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I signed up to participate in the current ongoing community goal and went to the right system, but I'm unclear as to how to actually go about handing in the materials it wants. There's nothing for it on the mission board that I can find. Am I supposed to sell it to the commodities market?

That's what I have been doing. I seem to be getting the credit for it if I check on the CG.
