Postby Metalheadz » Sun Sep 27, 2020 10:34 am

'morning guys little help needed,
I've done for the third time a simple "disable turrett " mission in ceos sys, and for the third time missions are complete but i'm always tagged as pirate or outlaw and have a "wanted" on my head...so i cant dock to finish the mission, i'm getting destroyed by police always, and i've to restart always from prison ....why? what doing wrong? :? :? :?
Thanks

Go visit an interstellars factors on the way back and pay off.

But even with bounty's etc, docking shouldn't be a problem.

Only thing I can think causing you to be destroyed before reaching the port would be if your marked hostile with the stations owning faction.
And that won't be cleared easily. But if you wait a few days it should return to neutral after a while.

Wondering if he is in PowerPlay is clearing a hostile the same? I believe if in PP hostile extends throughout the entire sector? Patrols will pop you out of supercrusie when hostile that's not always fun.

Power play should only affect the power play group and npc's, not the local factions that control the police and stations.

Now I recall hostile is PP vs. PP not the galaxy vs. me.

I actually jumped into a system the other day, where it said hostile, and the police in cruise was red, and the station itself was red and opening fire on sight as I drop from cruise.

I am certainly not in power play, but the local ruling faction was indeed marked hostile to me.
And I certainly don't remember getting shot at when I was in power play by local ruling factions.
Not even on release of power play.

I got in trouble in while in Altair it was just after Engineers dropped I was collecting something for something getting interdicted on every run then a hostile at an outpost took time to clear it.

Currently in the Pristine Sector HIP 17091(275LY out from Sol) third iron magma planet shooting Geysers. Lots of hotspots here.

I'm not involved in powerplay...it was a simple pve mission, and today i've check and:
System is federation controlled
The Station is a federal too (federation faction )
the mission is from a the federation faction (station controller) and you have to disable a turrett on megaship owned by the same federation faction that gave me the mission ....seems nonsense but so it is.
Consequence ....avoiding this type of mission.
Thx for patience

Well, the mission description for disabling turrets says it´s an illegal activity.
So you will be "wanted" regardless of faction or power...

You have to pay off your fines/bounty at an interstellar factor or sneak into the station to hand in your mission.
