Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I don't remember ever signing up to this thread. I do now and speak for Sons of Jud.

Any chance a new sticky could be made with a list of all player factions listed, I can never tell if certain factions are player or NPC.
For instance there's a Faction showed up in Dvorsi a little while back called "The Gaurdians", no idea where they came from or if there's a home system etc but they do have Empire missions so i figure they are npc.
However there's no way really that I can tell an NPC from a player faction so a list would be nice all combined and in one sticky post.

Having a list means if I drop by one of their systems with a delivery I could be nice and pick up a coupleof outgoing delivery missions for them.
