We really need a way to be able to monitor the Order's status in the systems it is present in. I didn't even know it was at risk, but I had been doing the CG before the station got locked down and today I was bounty hunting in Azrael because the Order's % is dropping there (and got 4 mill in bounties). It is a shame that the game just doesn't allow you to monitor this sort of thing easily, if it were present on the galaxy map (just the system/station, % influence and current/pending states) then it would make it much easier to track, much like the bookmarks are at the moment.
Well, if I get a chance tomorrow I'll to some research into all the systems and check on the health of it all.

For those that were unaware of the war in Exioce, this is the
thread about it that was started on July 5th and updated regularly by CMDR The-Dead-Meat.
Thanks for the efforts of those who participated.

It does. We monitor 26 systems - 123 factions - on a daily basis through the Galaxy map. And that's a modest number compared to what some groups do. Takes about 20 minutes to record the figures and publish to our website.

I was under the impression that a faction required over 5.0% for three days for a war to be resolved. Today is the first day that NLTT 7789 Exchange has had over a 5.0% lead.
From
here.- War now only needs a 5% influence difference to win. Civil War and Elections remain at 3%
And from
here the minimum duration for a war is 3days (max 28days). Note this information pre-dates the new states added post patch 2.1 (retreat etc.).

But it appears that max war length and faction difference are independent not interdependent. ie the war has gone over for 3days and a faction has exceeded the win margin not the faction has exceeded the win margin for over three days.

So -- what do we need to do here?
* Visit Exioce and find a conflict zone and lay waste to the opposing faction?
* Donate metals to what's left of the OoM station in Sabine?
* Nothing - it is too late?

Yeah I forget that. Shame that you have to go into game to do it though. I am often away from for work so only have a Surface Pro 2 tablet to use. It can get into the game but takes a good 10-15 minutes just to get in (mainly the shader setup). Although I guess I could go into the non-Horizons version which would cut that down.
I'll look at setting something to track the % and status.
