Can we get a summary of the "Do This: Don't Do That" that as a sticky when it starts again so we can kick some proper ass?

Good idea, I have started a thread in the General Orders forum with the tidbits of information I could glean from this thread and others after the last war. I welcome any corrections on the post, given how little the BGS seems to be understood!
