Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Is it wrong of me to not even think about CqC? I haven't even noticed it on the menu so I would have to figure out how to run it. Can we do matches in Group or is it with Everyone ?

Wish I had more time I could commit id love to be part of a purpose built cqc squad - sometimes only get an hour to myself of an evening! Joys of working and kids :/

You can make a squad, not sure what the limit is but the matches are 4 vs 4. It might be possible if you get 8 people and then look for a match only your squad would be in that game and its luck which side you go onto.

What we are doing is forming a dedicated squad of 4 and just playing against everyone else. CQC brings a totally different dimension to the game for me, allowing me to try out all those risky moves I want to do in the real game but without the worry about my ship. The agility of CQC ships is amazing and I really enjoyed the battle. Its very fast paced, 8sec respawn time and you deal a lot of damage. As you progress you unlock more and more stuff but even at level 8 I am still running the first ship coz its so damn good!

If you enjoy space combat you gotta check it out. Space combat is all I know from my Freespace days, especially with fixed guns so this is right up my street!

No I mean can I go in to CqC against ONLY Mobius members? No ever have a chance to run into anyone that plays Open? So MOBIUS group can have tournaments that contain only OUR members.

Nope, its for everyone. The only way you could force it to be only MOBIUS is like I said, by inviting 7 other MOBIUS players to a squad but then you only end up fighting with this 7 other people.

No interest then.

actually the squad is forming this is your game your way this is not mandatory in any way shape or form however if you have no intrest thats your call , some like fish some like steak etc

Haha, had the same thought while playing last night.

I'd totally be down to join in the CQC fun sometime, finally see what all the fuss is about. Though I'm located States side (Pacific Coast), so I might be on during off hours for you guys.

Is the Mobius CQC Squad still active? If so, I'm available. I think I can handle it fairly well. I ranked up 11 levels in my first 11 rounds.

it can be and yes it is somewhat need to get everyone back togther again, fallout 4 broke us!
