Faction specific weapons/equipment

Has anyone seen one of those faction specific weapons and equipment out there in the wild?
At which classes are they available (1, 2, 3 or even 4)? Stats?
Any experience with the Multishot Railgun (Ariassa), the Advanced Accelerator (Patreus) or the Crystalline Shields?

Don't believe they're actually even in the game yet...
During the beta they never revealed them ... and given you have to be pledged for a month no-one in the live universe has acquired the rights to them yet...
I expect to see a 1.3.x patch deliver them sometime next week given that'll be the earliest anyone can buy them is next friday.... or is it the friday after that?

I believe they were in the beta, so are probably available ingame, except as noted above, no-one has been pledged long enough to earn them yet.

I think this Thursday will be 4 weeks, I know I'll be rank 3 by the end of this week, will have to wait another to get the flak cannon though.
