HIP 63835 is a well known system with not one, not two but THREE black holes and a bunch of other surprises I'll leave for you to see.

It's 241LY from Achenar, which is probably not the closest but it's certainly one of the closer ones.

Bring a fuel scoop, not many petrol stations out there...

Others I know of are: HIP 18175, HIP 19201, HIP 28781, HD 37397, HD 37149, HR 1847 and Maia but all are further out than 63865

When you enter a region where stars have similar names, like Eafots XX-X mNN-NNN, search for certain stars, where XX-X is "AA-A" and m is "h". Supergiants, Wolf-Rayets and some Black Holes. Just search repeatedly for "<Region Name> AA-A h" and it will cycle through all matching systems.

The guy who wrote the neutron router also has a brilliant and fast body search on his website. Head over to https://spansh.co.uk/bodies, set your reference system to Sol, the type to star, the sub-type to black hole, change the range from 1 million LYs to about 1000 LY, and hit search. Less than a second later, you have a list of 320 black holes near Sol.

But all these sites, that uses EDSM data will only show you explored systems, that was visited by another CMDR some time earlier...
