Today I was exploring at one system and attaked by Franz Schubert with his feisty Adder. Sadly he had to go to the void.. Later on the same system I have battle with Python and the Commander name was pure finnish: Lumiluoto

Double Checked that he is really npc. In free translation the Lumiluoto means Snow Islet / Snow Skerry

The system it self contains M-class star, rocky and icy asteroid belts and one planet with outpost. Pirates trying to inderdict me about 7 times and 3 times I just submitted the interdiction (Adder, Python and Federal Dropship) and the battles gives me about 118000Cr bounties. All this about 15 minutes of playing
