Anything that involves wantonly crashing into or shooting at players is a no go.
Npc's On ther other is to rape an pillage as much as you want.
But piracy is basically a non starter.

Personally, if i was hauling stuff, i wouldn't mind someone roleplaying a pirate attack. a few lines in SC.. if there's interest.. interdiction.. etc etc..
but to be honest, the only good side of this is... roleplay, or... PERSONNAL NARRATIIIIIVE
