Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

This morning I have purchased the thrustmaster hotus one but I am trying to find a way to mount it, to the guys who have something similar how do you mount it?

There is no "one way" to do it, it's all Macgyvering.

If you can get them cheaply an easier way would be to use a VESA monitor mounts with pipe clamps like https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com ... L1000_.jpg

But be prepared to pay as much for the clamps, or more, as you would the HOTAS.
Also, I'm not sure, but I doubt the stick available to you have proper mounting holes, so that's an issue.
I suppose you could try double sided tape, or just straight up glue, would be a bitch to remove though.

Instead of bolting the Hotas to my chair, I simply slide my chair into my little corner.
Just a couple of long pieces of wood tacked on to a wall, with some 2x4" for support.
This was a 20 minute fix after my main cockpit build turned out utterly useless :\
But I'm on PC, with VR, so I don't even need a screen in my general vicinity so that frees me up a bit.

Xbox spells couch to most people. I have the PC equivalent to your HOTAS, and have a Home Theater Surround setup, so a couch/recliner setup.

I bought a prefabricated, precoated shelf from my local home depot for a tenner and fastened the HOTAS with velcro tape. I have a wireless keyboard in between (not taped in). I added some old knee pads underneath the shelf for extra comfort, but any old pillow will do. It's a very sturdy and mobile setup.

Yes

Mines on the coffee table with 4 chunks of power tack, i also have the xb1 controller tacked down next to it with the chatpad in, the wifes not to happy about losing the table but its just temporary till i build a platform for it so i can sit back into the sofa and play.
