See you some time over your long weekend hopefully JohnLuke. I will PM you maybe Saturday morning (my Saturday morning UK) and give you a selection of options and hopefully one will suit you. Look forwards to firing on you again :D

I would recommend redoing your engineering.

Even a great LVL 5 from the old system was improved upon when I converted mine to LVL 4 in the new system.

Well worth doing.

People call me Bob.

Rule 1: Pillage. Then burn.
Rule 2: No such thing as overkill, as long as there are reloads.

Thanks for the tip, Tor. Only speaking for myself, I don't plan to invest the time and enery into redoing my engineering on the Vette. Most of my game play these days (which isn't much) is running missions and a little CZ work now and then. My Krait for CZ work has modern engineering.

It's funny how my focus used to always be on the big ships and now I rarely ever use them.

Smaller ships are funny to use, maybe because of their limitations.
The biggest i tend to use is the Krait MK2. I recently refitted my Sidewinder with the new engineering and some guardian goodness. It's pretty badass taking down an Anaconda, almost never being in its line of fire.. bit of "now you see me, now you don't" business :)

Now that i think of it... only two hardpoints, one fire group. Good candidate for playing silly with limited controls

Combat ship must float like a butterfly and sting like a bee. Alliance Chieftain and Krait Mk II are two my favorites.

Yup, the Chieftain is a blast to fly in a RES, especially in VR. 8-) Very nimble and great canopy.

I’m new to ED, new to Mobius, new to this forum, to this thread, and to you :D but I’m glad to hear things are a bit better and you’re having another crack of the whip.

Others suggested before, and I’m not sure if you’re already using it, but Voice Attack is awesome and you might find it helps reduce a lot of the physical workload. I’m disabled and it is a big help to me.

Best wishes, CMDR!

Sorry to hear about the medical problems!

I have a few myself so totally understand.

I am new to the group and it is always nice to see people like you that enjoyed the community and game signing off in such a nice manner!
