Hi, that group is still relatively new, but don't worry our groups quickly fill up, there is a hard cap on the group sizes so we have to keep opening new ones, they don't stay empty long.

As for everyone being off-line, our group sizes broke the list and FD had to turn it off, so everyone always appears off-line now.

All larger groups get the offline/online state disabled, it was too server intensive.

It doesn't really that there aren't that many in the group.
Space is big. Even with a full group of 20k members you aren't likely to see anyone at all outside special hotspots. But they just ignore you anyways.

If you want to find people to actually play with. These forums, the discord server, and the TS is pretty much a go to in order to organise a personal group out of the game.

If someone happens to be in a different major group, simply agree upon making a group yourselves, it takes less than three clicks, and a matter of friending one another in game.
