Any help given in Parutis to end the lockdown status with the civil war would be appreciated! Thank you

The war has resolved, thank you for those who came, albeit at the end haha, for speeding it along.

I find a prescription ointment, a good moisturiser and not scratching it is the most effective when Parutis strikes. That, and keeping out of the sun.

I'm confused, how did a lockdown end within an hour at nowhere near current tick time?
