If anyone does, get the deluxe version.
No matter where you get the key, you will need a seperate FD store account (requiring a seperate email, google gives them away for free).
And you will use this second account to log into the launcher.
By default you would have to log in and out of the launcher with the respective account to access the other commander.
But you can circumvent all that simply by running this script found in the link after starting the first account.

No need to go via the launcher.
For two accounts, log into game like usual and when the game is running, execute the script.
Rename the desktop shortcut to whatever you prefer.
Log into your second account in the launcher and repeat the process.
Then you have two shortcuts on the desktop, one for each account and only one ED install.
So when you change one keybind, or graphics setting, it carries over to the other no problem.
