There are of course the stations on the way to colonia. They are planetary bases though.
There are also the Mega ships. Which I guess pretty much fit the DS 9 or Babylon 5 mythos.

Space stations have also been added in Rohini, Gandharvi, and Kashyapa.

Unfortunately, there are only a few mega ships that allow docking, and the only one outside the bubble is in Colonia. However, there a quite a few asteroid bases 'out there': List on EDDB.IO

The Gnossis has docking platforms, found it in Merope a week or so ago, dunno where it is now.
Currently in Meene according to the flight plan.
