Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Hey! I've been in Mobius for some time now and I don't think I've ever seen anyone online. I'm not sure how to check maybe? Just tryin to join up with anyone and do some cool stuff! Please feel free to hit me up in game: Chavo Xou

Now that is out of the way, we can start getting into the other myriad reasons of why this game doesn't want you to meet people.
For starters, what group are you in ?
We have Mobius, Mobius pve, Mobius pve Eurasia (and the faction retard support group nobody cares about)
That is just on PC.
There's at least two to three groups on xbx and same on ps4

And as SpaceGhost say, space is big, and even if we where all in one group, and online at the same time, we have barely a small city's worth of people, and we are scattered across and entire galaxy.

Most people only congregate in certain areas, like well known places you can buy a lot of gear for discounts, like in Shinrarta Dezhra, but you would have to have the rank of Elite in at least on profession to get in there. And or CG of the week etc or if something special is happening like when new ruins or alien stuff is introduced.
At most CG's people are grinding for "whatever" and most interactions sadly degenerate to throwing insults after crashing into each other in the mail-slot .

Only real solution is to hit up the TS or discord servers and or, probably a bit slower to organise, this forum.
It's not an easy game for socialising but when you do I it can be absolutely worth it.

The easiest solution is to jump on our Discord server. There's always people there, and winging up is pretty darn easy too.

I was looking for this kind of subject.

I know space is big but the fact is, when I fly in old Mobius group (the first one to be created), I meet commanders here and there from time to time.
But since I followed the procedure and signed up in new Mobius PVE Eurasian, I don't see anybody anywhere. Just wanted to know if it's because less people are in this group and most of players still fly around in old Mobius group?

The transition to MOBIUS EURASIA is certainly causing less commander sightings. The new group has about 2,000 members, where the original Mobiuis is at 20K. But.... more and more of that 20K group is becoming dead weight every day ( yes, it's amazing, but some people stop playing Elite!) As time goes on, the Eurasia group will continue to get busier and busier. Our admins are busy at hell adding new players to the PG every few days.

I’d love to, believe me, but my English is not so good. I know I miss a great part of the game by avoiding social interactions. But since it’s mostly an “English spoken” community, I don’t feel too comfortable when it comes to use Vocal devices . But thanks for the proposal.

Commander sure places in my experience would include; Community Goal areas, Lave, Shinrarta Dezhra, Maia (for the Thargoid encounters) or a place that gets tagged as "new place to earn massive CRs or Rank" whenever those crop up, eg. Robigo, Aditi, Ceos/Sothis, Quince etc. etc.

The rest of us are spread around vast galaxy, the odds of seeing someone at random are very low
