community goals and possible pvp play

The current community goal is encouraging federation and empire players to wipe each other out. What are the rules regarding PVP when playing these community goals as I can imagine fighting other eurasia pve players in these conflict zones. Would I be barred from the group if attacked another human player in these zones or killed another player etc

Ah, another CZ CG..... here's some info for you.....

Our policy page explains the rule quite well.

Inside Conflict Zones the following rules apply:
It is not allowed to attack a neutral player (a player not having chosen a faction)
It is not allowed to attack another player while being neutral (not having chosen a faction oneself)
It is not allowed to attack another player on the own chosen faction
Only if both players have actively chosen opposing factions may they engage in combat.
It is not allowed to exit and enter a war zone in rapid succession for the sole purpose of targeting other players.
Only if the wrong faction was chosen by mistake or by mutual agreement of the present players (For example in order for everybody to join the same faction).
The above rules ensure, that players wishing no PvP at all can safely enter war-zones as spectator or to decide actions later,
without being forced into an unwanted fight. (Some pilots just wish to record or narrate the war effort in CZ's for example)
These CZ rules are NOT an invitation, loophole, or condoning of PvP within the MOBIUS GROUPS
and merely act as the exclusion of player reporting of 'accidental' fire during a war-zone situation.
In the case where purposeful seeking of PvP by undermining, or contravening the rule-set, the admin investigation and decision is final

Last week a couple of officious looking geezers in full body suits knocked at the door......Flashed some kind of badge......

Anyway....

So I let them in and they prised the socks off the walls with large tweezerish things....Shoved em in a bag....

Provided me with some brand new ones .......

Said thank you very much and left......
