Any idea's of the best systems to look?

I have been through 3 independent high population systems searching for high grade signals, found signals but not the component. If I am already doing it right and its only a matter of time, that's cool too. Thanks.

Currently in "61 Cygni" Civil Unrest as Thor suggested, and harvested about 21 of them in half an hour. I just travelled with the star directly in my back to about 3,500Ls away from the main star. At which point High Grade USS started to appear. I just remained between 3,500 and 4,000 and roamed around they keep appearing.

You find improvised components in civil unrest systems, mostly but not only in deep space. The system must not be independend. Have a look for the high grade mission signal sources then. They often drop the improvised components!

That's the trick deep space, independent system, you can also locate Core Dynamics there to. I set the filter to Signal Sources not that it is required.
