Thargoid Interdiction

I got interdicted out of hyperspace by the Thargoids today. Pretty cool. Very colorful. I was within 50 ly of Maia looking for unknown probes. Wasn't sure what was happening as all my power went out and I was just floating there. Got scanned. When my power came back on I got a scan in on the Thargoid. I have a crappy, quick, video of it from my phone which I cannot seem to link or insert into this.
I did get it to post on the Elite page of Facebook.

People are trying to catch an interdiction for hours at a time with nothing, so thought that story part was over. Maybe I'll manage to get one myself!

It very much took me by surprise. Was the last thing I was thinking about. I was HOPING that's what it was. It took a hot minute for the Thargoid to show up after all my power went out. A shame I didn't have a wake scanner on that ship. I did get a scan in though. Was definitely about the coolest thing that's happened to me in Elite of late. haha
