I think we all play to waste time, but I know what you mean

I guess playing games is wasting time lol These days I get more enjoyment out of looking at all the still images a took when I started playing the game (they run as my desktop background ) then playing it now.

Phase 7 - CGs and/or puzzles to discover the Thargoid 'home-world' (members of the Cannon find it first)

For me this reinforces why this game is not good for MMO type play. There is no opportunity for most of us to feel part of it, other than an afterthought. Take the 2 live streams. I was unable to partake as they were at times I was unable to play at. Doubt I was on my own with that either. So now I live vicariously through Obsidian Ant and I don't need to play anymore lol

I mostly ignore these grand stories now, I really just want then to improve the other mechanics now. I am hoping for exploration of planets to have more to do then just resource collection for example. I am probably looking forward to the core updates more then the Thargoids!
