Best place for Tellurium

In our doorstep Noshaq near Romer Vista. Found so much I had to discard some

"What's Tellurium used for?" was my first question.

Inara reveals the following blueprints:
- Faster FSD Boot Sequence Grade 5
- Overcharged Power Plant Grade 5

I'm not planning to use these mods any time soon, but at least I know where to get the Tellurium now.

For overcharged powerplant.... For beam laser mods with a lot of Shield Boosters it is needed

The overcharged power plant one is pretty great, and not that hard to get access to either.
And Hera Tani is a much easier unlock than Marco was.

I also think they tweaked the results a bit as well, yes you take a hit ton cooling efficiency, but unlike in 2.1 you don't blow it out of proportions, especially if you have spare headroom.
