How to report a player?

Somone was engaging me as I came into Azrael tonight. How would I go about reporting this player? I searched but I failed.

have screenshots or various other proofs(video for example) and go here to explain what happened.
ANd make sure you were in the group actually

Your Journal file will give you the reassurance you were in the group or not. It's a text file, so is easy to edit and might not be 'evidence' as such but it can't hurt to look what's in there.

Thank you guys. I was for sure in the group. I double checked. I was on Mobius TS with another member. At the time he was not in the same system as me.

Send a message to the Admins with as much information as possible, ideally including any screenshots or video.
