Scary moment today... in the middle of a jump, got the "unstable" warning then, bang, I'm out of hyperspace drifting in a disabled ship.
Then comes the alien with their weird scanner...

Took me back to '84, although those encounters were rather more violent and often ended in death....
I'd been visiting alien ruins and crash sites, but I wasn't carrying any cargo at the time.
Exciting stuff, let's see what happens next.

I was jumping around the area of merope for the better part of two hours before i got mine.

And by area I mean 150 Ly.

I booked marked the first few reported locations then traveled toward them. I had a UA on board from the second crash site and got caught in Aries Dark Region JH-V c2-14 after 25-30 jumps. Two jumps later the cargo hatch corroded and the UA fell out

I was jumping around the area of merope for the better part of two hours before i got mine.

i found 3 UAs and a number of fragments at the wreck and left with those to head towards Maia. i was interdicted straight away

but when i only had 1 UA onboard, i flew around for ages with no bites
