Hello fellow commanders, I'm hoping someone can help me get a suitable haz res or high res load out for around 390 million. Any recommendations would be great!

390 million will get you a lot! Is there a particular ship you want to load out? You can achieve top of the line loadouts on FAS, FDL, Vulture and Python. All are fantastic for RES sites.

Preferably the python, or the fas, I'm doing a bit of grinding right now on federal ranks, 10 more percent till I unlock the fas!

FAS is a great choice. Shields are not your friend on this ship but it doesn't matter. I run mine like this.
The combat python is going to cost a LOT more. It's also not a very fast turner (nothing the engineers won't fix). The hardpoint placement is pretty amazing on the python... Season your weapons to taste.
