How bad are the effects of the jitter and the additional heat introduced by rapid fire, especially with incendiary rounds? I am running three large MCs with OC 5 on the mission python (two incendiary, one corrosive), and quickly get to 85% heat if I fire them in combination with the G5 efficient medium beam.

According to coriolis, RF5 with incendiary will create even more heat than OC5 with incendiary, and I do not want to melt my own ship.

Jitter is not too bad......But I only use MC's when I'm close.......

My Python.....

Sequence of events......If all goes to plan.......

Get in close....Distance under 500 meters........

Unleash large OC plasma....Phasing sequence........Normally takes a shield ring and 2% hull......If I hit that is.....

Follow up with large beams.......Regens on em for wing......So no bonus unless in wing.....

If not in a wing I would use thermal shock and thermal vent.......Vent is good if running hot.......

His shields go down.....

MC's come into play to strip the hull.....Incendiary and corrosive.......L5 rapid......

Boom.......

The rapids do get a bit toasty sometimes......

Normally only when I can't stop myself from using the beams as well.....

Just to really nail home the fact he has pissed me off........
