Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I've had a few issues recently where I've been attacked by high rank NPCs in powerful ships.
But today I've had just about the opposite happen.
I'm heading for the space station when I get the usual "That's the one I'm looking for" message, followed by interdiction.
I get ready to run in case it's one of the usual killer NPCs.
I lol'd when my attacker proved to be "mostly harmless" and, to add to the fun, he's flying a Cobra mkIII with no shields!
I didn't run away......

I love those ones. I have had similar, unshielded ships want to 'burn me up' while I am in my heavily kitted out Conda lol

Needless to say, they don't last long!

Yesterday, a pirate in a sidewinder, with his trash talk, curiously taking on an engineered cutter.
I was tempted to see how long it would take him to get the shields down, but I ran out of patience...

I have strange interdictions recently.

Worst was an Elite Anaconda that kept indicting me for 1700ls (total of 10 interdictions) for a cargo of 1 Exhaust Manifold. As I was in a Python could not stay and fight.

An Elite FAS or FGS that did not fire a single shot although it had weapons

And the top was an Elite Python that was not firing again but kept popping SCBs and Chaff so it took me 5 minutes to kill....

NPCs AI... "I" stands for Idiots?

I had one come after my trade Cutter, no weapons, last month. I just let it smash itself all over my shields.

After 2.1 hit all I got was Elite/Deadly/Dangerous FDLs, Condas and FASs. Finally when I got some engineered hardware I started getting shieldless Eagles again, Doh!

The last few days I was addressed several times by NPCs asking for my cargo - and then they disappeared. No more messages. At least they could have said goodbye...

Got interdicted by some NPC pirate while hauling 192 tons of meta alloys and some left-over limpets to Ceos/Sothis on the eve of GNE. Just for the fun of it, I dumped one limpet.

I had one yesterday who was intent on ramming me to death. I was in my Cobra MkIII and she was in an Asp and to be fair, she did break my shields with the first attempt!

To those of you who watched Star Trek TNG, you would be familiar with YAHA episodes (Yet Another Holodeck Adventure), well I have YAPA episodes regularly (Yet Another Pirate Anaconda)
